1. The service
RielSync syncs the National Bank of Cambodia's published exchange rate into Odoo or another platform with an API. It is provided by POSFlow Solutions.
2. Plans and billing
RielSync is offered on Standard and Enterprise subscription plans, billed monthly. Payments are processed externally by Polar; RielSync does not store your card details.
3. Free trial
New accounts can start a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you don't cancel, billing starts automatically when the trial ends.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel your plan at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then it ends. Your rate history stays exportable for 30 days after that.
5. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RielSync after a change means you accept the updated terms.
