No refunds
Subscription payments to RielSync are final and non-refundable, including partial months. This applies to both Standard and Enterprise plans.
Try before you pay
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. This is the way to avoid a charge you didn't intend to make.
Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future billing, but the current period you've already paid for is not refunded — your plan stays active until that period ends.
