Account details you give us (name, work email, company), the Odoo or platform credentials you enter in Settings to connect your sync, and basic usage data such as sync history and login activity.
2. Payment data
Billing is handled by Polar, our external payment processor. RielSync does not receive or store your card or bank details.
3. How we use it
To run the exchange rate sync, keep your account secure, provide support, and send service-related emails. We don't sell your data.
4. Where it's stored
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure and retained for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
